As specified, this Royal Decree has been developed with the aim of be able to adapt the regulation of the sector to emerging growth as soon as possible you are having the same. As a detail, tell you that in order to fly in these conditions, all controllers must submit a safety study to obtain a prior authorization from the State Agency for Aviation Safety (AESA).
