The new regulations for the flight of drones are already in force

regulations

Just coinciding with the end of the year 2017, the new regulations that allows all controllers to fly their drones over crowds of people and even at night. A regulation that, according to those responsible, is of special interest since thanks to it the professionals of the sector they will have much more margin of work. An example of what is expected of it is that, for example, hospitals can transport blood or urgent material over traffic jams, in areas difficult to access due to a natural disaster ...

Undoubtedly, a new regulation that contrasts strongly with the law that is now behind, which only allowed drones to fly in rural areas, outside cities and especially during the day. Now how we already commented at the time, the new regulation establishes the necessary requirements so that drone operators can carry out their activity safely in environments where, until now, it could not be done and for this, as a reminder, it is necessary create a work plan and that the same is previously approved by the State Aviation Safety Agency.

The new regulations will allow your drone to fly at night, over cities or crowds of people as long as the flight plan is approved by the AESA

A very interesting point of this regulation, in addition to everything that is now allowed, is that it establishes the conditions that manufacturers must meet in terms of design, manufacture and maintenance of all types of drones, especially those used at a professional level. With this comes, at last, the specifications, at the level of psychophysical training and testing, which all operators must comply with both to pilot drones as a recreational activity or at a professional level.
