Airobotics creates an automated system to fly drones without interruption

One of the great and main problems that drones have today, at least the commercial models that move thanks to the power of their electric motors, lies in the autonomy which is capable of providing a series of batteries that, in turn, cannot be too large or heavy since they would greatly penalize stability, also requiring greater power and consumption.

Because of this there are companies like aerobotics, a recently created Israeli startup, who have considered how to get our drones to fly uninterruptedly, something that could be more than interesting, especially for certain industries that are still considering their implementation for certain jobs.

In order to carry out this mission, Airobotics has developed a kind of fully automated platform that allows execute an almost infinite number of pre-scheduled missions or flights without an operator having to watch the entire procedure. Undoubtedly a development that is more than interesting, especially for surveillance companies that use drones for this type of work.

As you can see in the video that is located just above these lines, the idea consists of a platform that serves as a charging station and base for the drone so that once the time has come, it takes off, carries out its mission and, when it finishes or runs out of battery, returns to it where a fully automatic arm removes the battery and puts it to charge while mounting a fully charged unit on the drone. In the event of any type of anomaly in the entire system or process, an alert would be issued.
