A serious temperature problem appears on Raspberry Pi 3

Raspberry Pi 3

We have only had a Raspberry Pi 3 for a short time, but enough to detect a serious problem that could make the board the worst in the history of Raspberry Pi. Apparently according to several experts, the Raspberry Pi 3 board can reach 100º C. a very high figure that would damage or wear the plate itself. This temperature is due to the change of processor, a more powerful processor what makes you need more energy and create more heat, a heat acceptable for motherboards but not so much for small boards like Raspberry Pi.

As with Raspberry Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi, it is recommended the use of heatsinks which would make it take time to reach triple-digit temperatures but eventually reach that temperature. Many choose to solve the problem by incorporating an external fan to cool the plate and make the Raspberry Pi 3 board temperature not reach those temperatures. A solution that many users certify as good and could work as a custom case could make this solution feasible.

Raspberry Pi temperature problem can be fixed with a simple fan

Still it seems the temperature is turning into a big problem for Raspberry Pi boards, a problem that seemed to be solved with the first model but that seems to be slowly reappearing.

Personally I don't know if Raspberry Pi will come up with something to fix the problem, surely it will, but possibly the solution is to create a case with a 3D printer that offers adequate ventilation or simply impose some limit via software that makes the Raspberry Pi 3 board not get so hot. Still, for those who still doubt, know that Raspberry Pi 2 is still available and could be another solution if we do not want our Raspberry Pi boards to get hot and have to be replaced.
