Undoubtedly, there are many people who with an interesting idea can do brilliant things. This is the case of Appropriate Audiences, a company created by two French designers, Johan da Silveira and Pierre Emm, who have managed to make a robotic arm perform literally perfect tattoos.
Without a doubt we are facing a project that can reach push the skills and precision of an industrial robotic arm to the limit since we have to bear in mind that on this occasion the robotic arm must work on a surface for which it has not been prepared. We are talking of course about human skin, a surface that is soft and not flat, so the person on whom it is to be tattooed must be previously recognized by means of a 3D model.

To get a robotic arm to be able to make a tattoo, as you can see in the video that is located just above these lines, involves a process in which it is necessary scan and create a 3D model of the area to be tattooed, once we have these files, we must present on it the design that will be made with a special software of Autodesk. In last place you must tattoo the area without it moving a single millimeter.
