Create a card dealer with a badge Arduino UNO and cardboard

It seems that cardboard is all the rage among maker users and engineering students. If we recently knew about Nintendo's project, Nintendo Labo, today we have seen a curious project that surely many of you will build and enjoy without much expense.

The project for this occasion is a letter dealer that works with free electronics (in this case Arduino) and built with a piece of cardboard. The project not only works correctly but its construction guide is also available in such a way that we can all build this original accessory for small and large homemade timbas.

To build this letterbox created by user Ruubz0r, an engineering student, we will need a plate Arduino UNO, a motion sensor, a servomotor to advance the cards and cardboard, a lot of recyclable cardboard that will allow us to give the shape we want to this accessory.

The steps to follow, images of the construction process, the software and the templates can be obtained at the Instructables repository, a guide totally accessible to all and with all the necessary steps for any type of user. And, best of all, we can customize the accessory, improving it, such as adding a screen that indicates the number of cards dealt or connecting it to a website.

The cardboard is not a particularly new material nor is it a material that has been recently remodeledTherefore, the use of this material for objects such as virtual reality glasses, accessories for a video game console or a simple letter-handler does not cease to surprise many.

Possibly, these objects, machines or accessories are the first in a series of machines built from cardboard and that they make our daily life easier or solve a specific problem without having to spend large amounts of money.
