There are several types of chess that have been built with Free Hardware. The intention of many chess players is to build an electronic chess with which one can play against the machine or simply have their movements saved and sent electronically.
In this case we have a similar machine that can play chess and can even move the pieces for us, but surprisingly its hardware is not very powerful, it only needs a plate Arduino UNO.
A plate of Arduino UNO it is an affordable plate for many but also not very powerful if we compare it with other boards like Arduino MEGA or Raspberry Pi.
