UbieTech recently launched Cubieboard 5, an SBC board that looks like a tough rival to the Raspberry Pi but is also can shade a traditional desktop computer thanks to its specifications and its price.
Cubieboard 5 has an eight-core processor and a price under $ 100, which makes it a powerful board but somewhat expensive compared to the Raspberry Pi. Cubieboard 5 is compatible with any operating system that is compatible with the ARM A7 platform, this means that we can install any version of Linux, Android and even Ubuntu, but we will not be able to use operating systems such as Windows IO. Despite all this, the board is one of the most powerful on the market and despite having a somewhat high price, Cubieboard 5 offers connectivity and storage options that if they were incorporated into the Raspberry Pi, the price of the raspberry board would not be so cheap.
