From Germany comes a peculiar 3D printed paper airplane cannon

Surfing the web there are many projects that are taking shape today thanks to 3D printing, something that allows unknown people to demonstrate that not only large companies related to the world of technology have surprising ideas capable of leaving users with mouth open, but there are people in this world who, with very limited means and with hardly any budget they can develop projects as impressive as this paper airplane cannon.

Going into a bit of detail, this peculiar as well as impressive cannon capable of launching paper airplanes, has been manufactured by Dieter Krone Michal, a German who, through the use of 3D printing, has been able to carry out a unique and quite surprising project, as I said, for both children and adults. As you can see in the video below these lines, the cannon works and in a way that is quite effective and fun.

Dieter Krone Michal shows us his paper airplane cannon.

Going into a little more detail about the operation of the paper airplane cannon, it should be noted that it has been designed to contain about 200 A5-size sheets that, as they enter the cannon itself to be fired, go through a series of rollers and gears that are bending them until they become an airplane. As a detail, tell you that the cannon is capable of launching 120 units per minute.

Finally, just mention that Dieter Krone Michal has been working on the project since 2014, the date on which he presented a first version of it and that it has progressed little by little until it became something much more efficient and above all fast. Who wouldn't want to have one of these cannons to have a good time with their kids?
