In the project that I present to you and with just a series of sensors you can build your own monitor in a very simple way. The most interesting thing about all this is that, thanks to its designer and architect, you will not only have a sleep monitor as such, but it will also come with enough sensors to measure different parameters that according to experts are usually vital to get us to sleep. as it should.
Among the parameters, highlight for example the temperature, it should be around 20 degrees Celsius as sleeping at lower or higher temperatures can lead to reduced sleep time and quality. On the other hand, our monitor will be able to monitor the moisture, which must be between 30 and 50%, luminosity of the room at night, noise and even the heart rate that you can have.
