Special stunts with drones and a stick

stunts

If you have a drone, surely it has never occurred to you to check what happens if you tie it to a stick anchored to the ground. This is precisely what the author of the video that you have right at the beginning of the extended post does, although it must be made very clear, as you can see in the image above these lines, that, at least, he has had the idea of quilt both the walls and the entire floor to avoid possible accidents that may occur.

Contrary to what you may be thinking, we are far from a boring video, quite the opposite since, although at the beginning we are shown with data the flight speed and others, basically what we see a drone turning a stick at a fairly high speed, as much as to reach 50 km / h with no less than 13 gs of centripetal force, things gradually get complicated as add new units.

Before continuing, I can tell you that this "experiment", as they call it, has been carried out by no less than the ETH Zurich to try to test certain peculiarities of drones by subjecting them to several very different forces from each other. Without further ado, I leave you with the video, if you want to skip the first part of it personally I do not blame you since it is right in the middle where the action begins to be able to contemplate how several units begin to perform juggling exercises and stunts.
