We haven't talked about the firm for a long time Sicnova Group, one of the most active in the current landscape of 3D printing but, curiously, it had not presented any striking news for several months, this seems to come to an end with the presentation of a new industrial 3D printer baptized as JCR 600 as well as the new measuring cabin CloneInspector 3D.
This presentation has been baptized by the company itself as:
A need in terms of industrial 4.0 solutions designed to cover, through 3D technologies, the current needs of companies and professionals, and all this while maintaining affordable acquisition and maintenance costs that do not represent an entry barrier to the techniques of advanced manufacturing.
Grupo Sicnova tells us about its two new products related to the world of industrial 3D printing.
Starting with the new automated cabin for dimensional measurement of parts of the Sicnova Group, the CloneInspector 3D, we are faced with a novel 3D digitization system equipped with two blue LED 3D scanners and a rotating platform with which this product is capable of generating a complete 3D model of any object regardless of any particularity that the structure of the scanned part.
Regarding the new industrial 3D printer JCR 600, as has been commented from the Sicnova Group, we are talking about a new model equipped with a 600 x 400 x 500 mm manufacturing base that will be a somewhat smaller alternative than the model known as JCR 1000. This printer will use fusion technology of filament, FFF, to carry out your work thanks to the use of a double extruder system, automatic leveling of the base, heating for the base with automatic temperature control and even manufacturing in a closed environment.
