Roger Freeman is the founder of FreeBird Flight, a company that was born back in April 2016 thanks to the initial collection obtained from an idea published on Kickstarter. After all this time and starting to deliver the first ones, the new one reaches the market for anyone who wants to own one. Freebird one, a powerful, resistant quadcopter designed to perform multiple professional tasks.
As the press release published by the company responsible for the design and manufacture of the FreeBird One reminds us, this quadcopter has been specially developed to cover a wide spectrum of commercial applications. Among them we can cover from aerial photography work, distribution of goods and even carry out security tasks in case of fire.
FreeBird One, a professional quadcopter capable of competing with the best in the segment.
Going into a little more detail, we find features as interesting as the use of carbon fiber made from the use of a special 3D printer, which gives the drone a final weight of only 3,5 kilograms while the multirotor has a square shape with dimensions of about 790 x 790 mm. Thanks to this scheme the FreeBird One is able to move to speeds above 110 km / h or ascend and descend at about 50 km / h.
According to the company, the use of propellers longer than usual in this type of model gives the drone greater stability and resistance to strong gusts of wind which in turn allows the FreeBird One to carry loads of more than nine kilograms. As you can see in the images, for safety the propellers have been equipped with a kind of frame to avoid damage in the event of a possible accident or collision.
If you are interested in getting a FreeBird One unit, just tell you that the basic price of the equipment is U.S. dollar 4.000, a price that, in case of opting for the complete kit, rises up to $ 6.000.
