Much is the concern that exists in different governments to try to control a technology that has come to stay. Due to this, there are many interests in defining at once what can and what not when we use one of these devices both professionally and for fun. This time it was nothing less than the International Civil Aviation Organization full ONU which has proposed that all drones worldwide be registered in a single database.
With this idea, what is proposed is basically to create a huge database where data is stored not only from drones, but from the operators and owners of these drones. Thanks to this internationally accessible database, it would be enormously easier to be able to identify any owner of a specific drone even if a drone flies in another country.

As often happens, this idea can also have its drawbacks and, on this occasion, we have it in that literally the International Civil Aviation Organization does not have the power to order this regulation in each country. At the moment it has not been revealed how the UN, which also supports this idea, wants to carry out this record at a global level, although it is a point that is being analyzed despite the fact that the first criticisms related to the privacy, by some users.
Despite all this, the truth is that a harmonized regulation would make it easier for a user to fly their drones anywhere in the world. In turn, this database would also help companies with their manufacturing processes.
