Poetis, through Wired, seeks to obtain financing of around 2 million euros
Thanks to this millionaire investment, in Poetis they hope, in collaboration with Inserm, to be able to create a machine that allows them to be able to position themselves at the forefront of world 3D bioprinting, specifically a machine equipped with a laser that combines the 6 patents that today Today they are owned by the French company and that would allow us to work with the highest resolution ever achieved with cell-to-cell printing capability.
The true objective of Poetis with this new machine is to increase the amount of fabric that can be manufactured today, that is, they want to go from a few mm2 or, in the best of cases, cm2 to achieve produce enough tissue to be implanted in a human being, a milestone they hope to achieve before 2021.
