Simple shield to convert your Arduino Uno on a Makeblock plate

Makeblock

Surely on more than one occasion you have been developing a project on your Arduino and once the time has come, you have either wanted to scale it, give it new functionality or directly expand it, something very common when the project (s) are growing and the installation of new sensors or actuators. A fairly simple option, especially now thanks to the shield that I present to you today, is to be able to install several of the always useful sensors of Makeblock in your Arduino Uno.

Undoubtedly, thanks to this peculiar shield, once and for all all the advantages of the controller board can be combined in the same product. Arduino Uno with Makeblock scalability. Going into a little more detail, what this shield offers us is the possibility of have up to ten RJ25 connectors that we can find in Makeblock sensors and actuators something that, together with its libraries, will give us access to a lot of new elements and products that we can easily incorporate into our project.

If you are interested in this peculiar way of transforming your Arduino Uno in a product where you can connect all kinds of Makeblock sensors and actuators tell you that, contrary to what usually happens, this shield has just been launched on the market at the reasonable price of 9,95 euros so we no longer have an excuse, as I said in previous lines, to incorporate all the best of Makeblock into our Arduino projects.

As a final detail, tell you that in case you work with Raspberry Pi, there is also a board with which to use these sensors and actuators, although not directly, but we will have to connect, as an intermediate step between the two systems, another board such as the Orion or directly a Me BaseBoard, something that can become more expensive in In a certain way the project although not too much to make it unviable.
