Stratays is back and this time to officially present a new material whose characteristics are very similar to those of rubber. How could it be otherwise, it is already available on the market under the trade name of Stratasys PolyJet Agilus30 and it can be used in the company's always interesting J750.
As announced by the company itself, this new material will allow designers to satisfy many of their requirements in terms of prototyping, such as the advanced design testing and functional performance testing, among others. Thanks to the properties present in the Stratasys PolyJet Agilus30, the objects produced will be able to withstand repeated flexing and bending.

If for a moment we stop to contemplate all the benefits that this material offers, we find that the Stratasys PolyJet Agilus30 has an improved surface texture with which it offers a very rubber-like feel, a factor that can be very interesting, especially for its functional evaluation.

We use the new Stratasys PolyJet Agilus30 rubber-like material in our Stratasys J3 750D printing solution to simulate the installation and performance of rubber-like parts in our high-performance vehicles and support equipment.
The excellent tear resistance of Agilus30 allows us to include very flexible hinged interconnects in rigid construction unit assemblies, something we could not do before.
