TeamViewer and Kunbus join forces to drive smart management for any factory

TeamViewer

The case of Kunbus is very special since, instead of focusing on projecting all their work towards the community, its promoters have literally focused on working in a much more professional way creating a computing module based on a Raspberry Pi that in turn runs thanks to an operating system named after Kunbus Revolution Pi o RevPi.

With all this in mind, what Kunbus offers to all industries is the ability to control in a much more efficient way all the machinery that may exist in a factory. Among the main objectives to be met we find, for example, achieving more efficient management of resources y avoid downtime as much as possible.

Now you can access RevPi remotely thanks to its integration with TeamViewer

On the other hand, installing any of the Kunbus modules, something that can be done on any machine, no matter how old-fashioned it may seem, makes anyone become intelligent thanks to the fact that all its products are connected to the Internet of Things. Unfortunately, one of the limitations of this project is that the user interface integrated in the RevPi web server can only be accessed locally and this is where the new one comes in. collaboration agreement with TeamViewer.

Thanks to this agreement, Kunbu software will finally be able to be accessed remotely, which makes RevPi Core users access from anywhere, being able to control and maintain the machines connected to this system in a very simple and above all safe way. In the words of Haas Volker, Revolution Pi Project Manager:

With the TeamViewer integration, our customers can pipe the web server user interface to anywhere in the world, giving them the opportunity to remotely access, monitor and control their machines without sacrificing security. This improves continuous and reliable communication between different industrial networks and systems. Gateway operators and managers can act faster and with the right information if a problem arises.
