Tumaker's home 3D printer will hit the market for Christmas

Some time ago, specifically at the end of last year, it was announced that the Spanish company tumaker I was going to invest nothing less than 2,1 millones de euros in the design and development of a new 3D printer for the domestic market, a new machine that little or nothing was known about at that time except the name with which the company had baptized this new project, Fly away.

Among the most interesting peculiarities of this project, it should be noted, among other things, that the company bet directly on creating a specific platform for this model where all kinds of developers and even specific brands could upload content related to their products so that any user would only have, from the company's application, select the project and send it to print.

Jon Bengoetxea confirms that the Tumaker Voladd is ready to go into series production

After all this waiting time, it has been none other than Jon Boengoetxea, current CEO of Tumaker, who has just confirmed in his latest statements not only that the project exists and is being worked on, but that it is estimated that it can be start manufacturing the first units of the Tumaker Voladd during the month of August in order to have some 3.000 machines ready for the Christmas campaign.

According to Jon bengoetxea:

Voladd stands out for its ease of use, you open the box, press a button and the process starts. Everything is integrated. You don't need to download any programs. It swallows a radical novelty because now printer manufacturers go one way and content manufacturers on the other. We provide everything at once.

An example of its simple operation is that of a person who wants to make a gift to a friend. She chooses it from the catalog, sends it over the internet and her friend's printer makes her, for example, the chosen bracelet.
