Leaked photos of Xiaomi's alleged 3D Printer
HR photos that have been leaked are low resolution and they do not allow you to see many details of the printer. However, we can tell you that it would be a Delta type 3D printer. This type of printer is characterized by allowing the printing bulky objects and to be difficult to calibrate. They keep the fixed print bed y move the head using a 3-arm system. These arms move vertically through the supports on which they are mounted, allowing the print head to be placed in the required xyz position at all times.
As the photos do not include any item that we can take for reference we can't know what size it will be nor what area and impression would it use.
Looking for the Xiaomi Collaborator
We have made a exhaustive search on the web and we have found the ideal candidate. Here are some photos so you can form your own opinion about it.
The similarities are more than evident. Obviously Xiaomi's product would incorporate its logo at the most visible point of the printer and would incorporate some changes from the original design.
The printer we show in these photos is TIKO, a printer with a successful KickStarter campaign
