HP Jet Fusion 3D 4210, a new 3D printer model hits the market

HP Jet Fusion 3D 4210

HP is back and this time to surprise us, practically without prior notice, with the presentation of a new professional 3D printer that comes with quite notable improvements over the rest of the HP range and even if we compare it with many of its rivals. As a preview, I can tell you that the presentation of this new machine will include the introduction of three new materials.

As stated in the press release published by HP itself, the new model, officially baptized as JetFusion 3D 4210, has been designed for 3D production on an industrial scale and its main objective is to reduce operating costs while increasing production volume thanks to the use of the new Multi Jet Fusion technology submitted just a few months ago.

HP Jet Fusion 3D 4210, a new 3D printer specially designed for professional use

Based on the statements made by no less than Roman Pastor, current general manager of the 3D printing division within HP:

The new 3 4210D printing solution enables our customers to mass-produce parts using Multi Jet Fusion technology at 65% lower cost per part than other processes, and fully benefit from economies of scale. HP Jet Fusion systems have achieved an influx of technology and economy that combines the speed, quality and flexibility needed to accelerate the digital industrial revolution in manufacturing.

Regarding the new materials, it should be noted that HP tells us about the AP 11, designed to create high-quality but low-cost parts, AP 12, for solutions that may require high rigidity or a new polypropylene material which stands out for being quite durable while being economical, flexible and with good chemical resistance.
