Arduino Zero Pro, the new board of the Arduino Project

Arduino ZeroPro

Among the fuss that is causing the legal storm in which the company that feeds the Arduino project is imbued, a few hours ago, the Arduino project that ended in this websites hand in hand with the company SrL has released two good news that confirm the progress of the project for the incredulous who distrusted it.

The first news is the launch of a new version of Arduino IDE and the second is the launch of the new Arduino Zero Pro board, a more powerful and sophisticated board that will allow anyone to carry out and improve any project related to IO, robotics or simply to enter the world of the Internet of Things.

The new Arduino Zero Pro has the microcontroller SAMD21 Atmel MCU that has an ARM Cortex M0 + core, a controller that will make it possible to use 32-bit applications on the board.

Arduino Zero Pro incorporates the Atmel debugger

It also has a virtual COM port so that programming the board will be easier, and it has the built-in Atmel debugger, all to improve board performance in terms of software creation and execution. The new Arduino Zero Pro has a 256 kb flash memory, a 32 kB sram memory and an EEPROM of up to 16 kb. The Atmel controller clock speed is 48Mhz. The price of the new board is still unknown, although it will be in the main hardware stores in a very short time.

The Arduino project has been a before and after in the world of hardware libre, not only for what it has meant for the maker world but also for the educational world and for many other projects that are having success thanks to being able to use a board like Arduino.

Even so, for those inexperienced in the matter we advise you to use other plates such as Arduino Uno or Arduino Leonardo, simpler boards, a little less powerful but that will adjust to the learning needs and especially to the pocket. For those of you who already have a certain educational background with the board, it goes without saying that Arduino Zero Pro is one of the boards that you have to try, at least once, don't you think?

Can you make a tutorial on how to use it? from software to hardware would be perfect
